Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes activities that are prohibited when using GoBalik's website, merchant portal, customer portal, APIs, QR code system, loyalty programs, and related services. By accessing or using GoBalik, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use GoBalik to:

Fraud and Abuse

• Create fake, fabricated, or unauthorized transactions.

• Manipulate loyalty stamps, points, rewards, discounts, or promotional campaigns.

• Generate, redeem, or claim rewards through fraudulent means.

• Create fake, duplicate, or misleading customer or merchant accounts.

• Abuse referral, promotional, or incentive programs.

• Artificially inflate customer activity, transactions, or loyalty metrics.

QR Code and Platform Abuse

• Copy, tamper with, alter, or misuse GoBalik QR codes or verification mechanisms.

• Circumvent or bypass platform limitations, security controls, or authentication mechanisms.

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or other automated methods to abuse platform functionality unless expressly authorized by GoBalik.

Security

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any GoBalik account, system, network, API, or administrative interface.

• Probe, scan, or test the security or vulnerabilities of the platform without prior written authorization.

• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or impair the availability, performance, or stability of the platform.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of any part of the platform, except where permitted by applicable law.

Data and Privacy

• Harvest, scrape, or collect platform data without authorization.

• Access or use another person's information without proper authorization.

• Attempt to circumvent GoBalik's privacy or security safeguards.

Misrepresentation

• Impersonate another person, merchant, business, organization, or GoBalik representative.

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or while using the platform.

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any individual or organization.

Illegal Activities

• Upload, distribute, or transmit malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code.

• Use GoBalik for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or the intellectual property rights of others.

Enforcement

GoBalik reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy. If a violation is confirmed, we may take one or more of the following actions, as appropriate:

• Issue a warning.

• Remove fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

• Suspend or restrict access to certain platform features.

• Revoke loyalty rewards, points, stamps, or other benefits obtained through prohibited activities.

• Suspend or permanently terminate an account.

• Report unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.

• Pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.
