Merchant Agreement

The Merchant remains fully responsible for rewards and promotions, customer interactions, promotional claims, loyalty program mechanics, compliance with laws, age-restricted industry compliance, and customer dispute handling.

GoBalik operates solely as a software and platform provider.

Customer relationships belong solely to the Merchant.

GoBalik will not interfere with Merchant customer relationships except where necessary for fraud investigations, abuse prevention, platform security, legal compliance, and enforcement of platform rules.

Merchants acknowledge that all GoBalik systems, software logic, workflows, interfaces, and operational infrastructure remain the exclusive property of GoBalik.

Merchants may not clone platform functionality, replicate workflows, reverse engineer systems, reproduce platform mechanics, or scrape proprietary systems.

GoBalik reserves the right to revoke fraudulent rewards, reverse manipulated loyalty activity, suspend abusive accounts, investigate suspicious activity, and restrict access where abuse is detected.

Certain platform features may be experimental or beta features and may change without notice.

GoBalik may retain operational data for up to thirty (30) days following termination for restoration requests, security investigations, legal compliance, and dispute handling.

Maximum liability shall not exceed amounts paid to GoBalik during the six (6) months preceding a claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an account or using the Services, the Merchant acknowledges and agrees that electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement.
